Guide ยท AI character sheet generator

A free AI character sheet generator for consistent characters, no LoRA.

Describe a character and get a reference sheet back: the same character from the front, from behind and close up. Then use the sheet to keep that character consistent in every picture and video, without training a LoRA.

Short answer

For a free AI character sheet generator that keeps a character consistent without LoRA training, use the Character Sheet Flow in Cubric Studio: free, local, open source.

What the AI character sheet generator makes

The Character Sheet Flow takes one description and returns one picture with three views of the same character on a plain grey studio backdrop:

Four styles: Photoreal, 3D animation, Anime and Cartoon. It runs on Krea 2, and your own LoRAs ride along if you have them. The sheet is built to feed a video model: the front body can come back headless, so the face only ever comes from the portrait. The Flow carries its own tuned settings, so one description and one click are enough.

Consistent characters without a LoRA

The usual way to keep a character consistent is to train a LoRA: collect pictures, caption them, train for hours, repeat when it drifts. A character sheet skips that. The sheet is the reference: hand it to an edit model or a video model as a reference picture and the same face, outfit and build carry over.

In Cubric Studio, FLUX.2 Klein edits take up to three reference pictures, so a sheet plus a scene works in one step.

Use the character sheet in video

Start a clip from the sheet with image to video on Wan 2.2 or LTX 2.3, or use it as the reference for MiniMax H3 Reference, all on your own graphics card. More on the local AI video generator.

AI character sheet generator: questions

Is there a free AI character sheet generator?

Yes. Cubric Studio is free and open source, and its Character Sheet Flow turns one description into a front, back and portrait sheet of the same character, on your own PC.

How do I keep an AI character consistent without a LoRA?

Make a character sheet, then give it to an edit or video model as a reference picture. The face, outfit and build carry over, with no training.

Can it make anime or cartoon character sheets?

Yes. The Character Sheet Flow has Photoreal, 3D animation, Anime and Cartoon styles.

Can I make a character sheet from a picture I already have?

From Cubric Studio 2.1, yes: Character Sheet from Images takes a face picture and an optional full-body picture and returns the same three-view sheet.

Can I use my own character LoRA?

Yes. Your own LoRAs ride along on the Character Sheet Flow: the LoRA carries the identity, the sheet carries the layout.

Can I use the character sheet for video?

Yes. Animate it with image to video on Wan 2.2 or LTX 2.3, or use it as the reference for MiniMax H3 Reference.
